About Our Delivery

Where do you deliver?

QRoses offers free delivery throughout the Iberian Peninsula (mainland Portugal and mainland Spain).

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Do you offer international delivery?

Yes. We deliver across the Iberian Peninsula, including Spain.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

Our delivery service is free and available from Monday to Friday (we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, except on Mother’s Day).

In mainland Portugal, deliveries are made by the end of the next business day after confirmation.

Exclusively in Lisbon, orders received by 1:00 PM are delivered on the same day, typically before 6:00 PM; orders received after 1:00 PM are delivered by the end of the next business day.

In Madrid, deliveries are completed by the end of the next business day, and in the rest of mainland Spain, by the end of the second business day.

Can I request express delivery?

For urgent deliveries, we offer an express delivery service, currently only in Lisbon.

We guarantee delivery within 2 hours after order confirmation.

This service has an additional cost of €22.50 (taxes included) and is available only for same-day orders placed from Monday to Friday, until 4:00 PM.

How can I track my order?

We will notify you via email once your order is delivered. You can always check the status of your delivery in your account on our website.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered?

What happens if the recipient isn't available at the time of delivery?

We will make every effort to ensure that your roses are successfully delivered. Our couriers will contact the recipient to inform them that the delivery is on its way. If the delivery cannot be completed, instructions will be left on how to collect the box from pickup points near the address.

We will always be in contact with our customers to ensure that the roses reach their destination as quickly as possible.
