Where do your roses come from?
Our premium long-stemmed roses are sourced from top-tier plantations in Ecuador and Colombia.

Can I place orders over the phone?
No, all orders must be placed through our website.
Where do you deliver?
QRoses offers free delivery throughout the Iberian Peninsula (mainland Portugal and mainland Spain).
We do not deliver to PO boxes.
Do you offer international delivery?
Yes. We deliver across the Iberian Peninsula, including Spain.
Order Process
How do I place an order?
Select your product, add it to your cart, and follow the checkout process on our website.
Can I pay for my order on delivery?
No, all orders must be paid for online before dispatch.
Gift Messages
Can I include a personalized message with my order?
Yes, your message will be printed on the card and accompanied by a QR code, which will allow the recipient to respond to it in real time. With the convenient QR-Card and its quick-response function, our premium long-stemmed natural rose bouquets create instant connections and enable meaningful communication with the people who matter to you.
How is the QR-Card accessed?
Simply scan the QR code with a smartphone to open the portal of the personalized QR-Card, allowing the recipient of the roses to quickly and effectively share their reaction with the sender. Discover the sophistication of modern communication, where every interaction transforms into a precious moment of connection.
Delivery And Tracking
How can I track my order?
We will notify you via email once your order is delivered. You can always check the status of your delivery in your account on our website.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
Our delivery service is free and available from Monday to Friday (we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, except on Mother’s Day).
In mainland Portugal, deliveries are made by the end of the next business day after confirmation.
Exclusively in Lisbon, orders received by 1:00 PM are delivered on the same day, typically before 6:00 PM; orders received after 1:00 PM are delivered by the end of the next business day.
In Madrid, deliveries are completed by the end of the next business day, and in the rest of mainland Spain, by the end of the second business day.
Can I request express delivery?
For urgent deliveries, we offer an express delivery service, currently only available in Lisbon.
We guarantee delivery within 2 hours after order confirmation.
This service has an additional cost of €22.50 (including taxes) and is available only for orders placed on the same day, from Monday to Friday, until 4:00 PM.
What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered?

What happens if the recipient isn't available at the time of delivery?
We will make every effort to ensure that your roses are successfully delivered. Our couriers will contact the recipient to inform them that the delivery is on its way. If delivery cannot be completed, instructions will be left on how to pick up the box at collection points near the address.
We will remain in constant contact with our clients to ensure that the roses reach their destination in the shortest time possible.
Miscellaneous
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes, our packaging is made from recycled material and is 100% recyclable.
Do you offer gifts other than roses?
While roses are our focus, we plan to expand our selection to include additional gifts in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
